  • Business Details: Your business name and social media handles (e.g., Instagram) linked to your shelf rental.

  • Payment Data: Transaction details processed via M-Pesa or card through our secure gateways (Paystack/Flutterwave). We do not store your full credit card or mobile money PINs on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely for the operation of the shelf hub at Star Mall, Shop A10:

  • To manage your shelf subscription and assign shelf numbers.

  • To send automated daily reminders via SMS and Email for overdue payments.

  • To process shelf rental fees and verify transactions automatically.

  • To coordinate customer pick-ups and walk-in sales for your products.

3. Data Sharing and Staff Access

  • Limited Staff Access: Our “Vendor Managers” have access to your shelf assignment and contact info to assist you, but they are strictly blocked from seeing your total revenue or sensitive financial reports.

  • No Third-Party Selling: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party marketers.

4. Security of Your Data

We use industry-standard security measures on our Contabo VPS and CyberPanel setup, including SSL encryption for all data transmitted on rentashelf.co.ke.

5. Your Rights

Vendors may log into their “My Account” page at any time to update their contact information or view their payment history. You may request account deactivation if you choose to end your shelf rental at our CBD hub.
